Designed specifically for those who need something simple and easy to customize, users can create multiple sites, using our curated list of WordPress themes and plugins selected to help them accomplish their scholarly goals.

Open access publishing

Whether they are archiving copies of previously published work, or publishing something brand new, the Knowledge Commons Works repository offers users the opportunity to store, share and make their work discoverable. With broad format support, all kinds of materials can be shared, and all works are issued a DOI and indexed by major search providers like Google Scholar.

Develop community

Our networked approach enables users to connect with others within your organization and beyond. Creating a group, whether for an internal committee, conference planning or topic of interest, allows them to engage in dialogue, create a distribution list, share documents, and collaboratively draft new works, complete with granular permissions to manage access.
